I enjoyed the variety of restaurants, offering different cuisines. The beach was easily accessible with a short walk. The garden areas were well kept. The room had a private balcony, where I could enjoy a quiet coffee each morning. The room was spacious and well-kept, with thorough cleaning done daily.
The drinks, part of the all-inclusive package, were served in small glasses. This meant frequent trips to the bar were necessary. I think larger sizes would improve the experience.

The minibar was empty upon arrival. I thought it should be stocked as part of the all-inclusive package. I had to request for it to be filled. The television had limited channels. It only offered a few news stations, I hoped for more entertainment options in my room. There was loud music by the pool throughout the day. I found it hard to relax. I asked if they could lower the volume, but my request was not fulfilled. I expected a quieter atmosphere for lounging.

the room was clean. (that's the best thing i can say)
The service was frankly poor. staff seemed undertrained. I observed a lack of attentiveness. also, the wait times were unusually long, especially at the bar. it felt understaffed and inefficient .
